Collin Ramos

My name is Collin Ramos and I live in Blaine, Minnesota. I am a freshman at Totino-Grace High School. I like playing sports, investing in the stock market and training my dog, Lincoln.

I started playing golf four years ago with my brother at the TPC Twin Cities. Jay Norman was my first golf coach. I liked how he approached the game and how he believed in his students. He encouraged me to get better and with his help I was able to play on the TPC Junior League National Team in 2019. That was my first major competitive golf tournament. I really enjoyed that experience and have been playing competitive golf ever since; US Kids Teen Worlds, Minnesota Junior PGA Players Tour, and next year I hope to play AJGA events.

I’m honored to be part of the J-Bird Foundation and help represent the game of golf under Jay’s vision. He had a unique approach to the game and one that I aspire to be like. I enjoy practicing, playing and teaching the game of golf to kids just as Jay did. Thank you for this opportunity.
